Here are some of my favorite books read in 2012: Some may have been published in 2010-11. In no particular order. Some were read multiple times.

Benny…never too late bro!
by josh (Dec 23 2012, 1:14 PM)Merry Christmas to you too.
by josh (Dec 23 2012, 1:21 PM)Good choices, Josh. I read several of these myself. I’m reading “The Storytelling Animal” right now (loving it), and have “Walking in the Dust of Rabbi Jesus” in the queue for 2013.
The best I read this year is “52 Lies Heard in Church Every Sunday” by Steve McVey (although don’t take the title personally…it doesn’t apply to every church, ha). It breaks down our churchy cliches and zones in on Jesus and grace.

I’ll check it out. Thanks!

by Lois Tverberg (Dec 27 2012, 8:30 PM)Oh, and by the way, I agree about “Being Wrong.” It was a favorite of mine this past year.

Wow you sure read a lot. That is impressive. My High School English teacher was right. I wished I had listened more closely to her. That said, how about the books No Easy Day, and Not a Fan. And to go back and pull out and old standby, The World’s Greatest Salesman. You are an impressive young man Pastor Graves. Merry Christmas to your and yours.
